Arc. Fowode Tolu - Chairman
A dynamic and uniquely talented leader, Arc. Fowode is a graduate of Yaba College of Technology where he holds Higher National Diploma in Architecture. He is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects (NIA). In the Course of practicing his career, he established MULTI-TECH ASSOCIATES in year 1992 as an Architectural and Construction Firm as Principal Partner.
Some of the Projects he handled includes Wema Banks Plc, Ado Ekiti Branch, HCP Farm Office Complex Ijebu-Igbo, ICAN Student Centre, Amuwo Odofin, Luxurious Apartments (7 floors) Lekki Phase 1, Ziatech Complex, Oregun, Lagos, Luxury Flats (72 units) Ikota VI and various Residential Houses in Park View, Ikoyi, Apapa, Magodo and Ikeja, GRA.
Tolu Fowode has years of experience within the design and construction field. An astute businessman with a wide array of businesses with the ambit of the design construction industry, A canny eye for details and leadership maestro.
Bosun Agoola - Managing Director
Prior to the incorporation of Adramyte Nigeria Ltd, Mr Agboola was the director of Projects at Column Nigeria Limited in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Bosun holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. He obtained his Project Management Certification Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile - Ife, Osun State.
He has facilitated and executed numerous high profile construction projects, while also assisting many haulage companies acquire suitable lands along Lagos/ Ibadan Expressway and many more.
Engr. Adeshina Fakeye - Chief Consultant
A certified Civil Engineer duly registered by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, is a graduate of the University of Lagos, with a Bsc (Hons) in Civil Engineering. Engr. Fakeye has over 20 years top flight experience in various engineering and consulting projects.
Arc. Ola Ayodeji
Arc. Ayodeji Ola is a Young, Vibrant, Focused and a dynamic self starter & team leader.
Ayodeji Ola holds a B.Sc & M.Arch degree in Architecture from the University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University. He has years of experience within the design field with named accolade. A focus on details and etiquette towards the building process. He has project managed various constructions.
He has excellent mastery of AUTOCAD and 3D applications also varied ‘A’ (mastery) certificate in varying softwares application both within and outside the ambit of Architecture.
Ogunyemi Peter
Ogunyemi Peter is also Young, Energetic, Dynamic and Creative Archtitect, Ogunyemi Peter holds an (HND) Architecture. A graduate from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ogun State, he has been involved in variegated design and construction projects to which he has handled with excellent efficiency. He is proficient in the use of AUTOCAD.
Abiodun Olubunmi, Otolorin (QS)
Mr. Otolorin was trained primarily as a Quantity Surveyor, and now practices as a Project Manager, Construction Cost Adviser. He has many years variegated projects he has work upon; making him an invaluable member of our team.
Biodun holds and (HND) in Quantity Surveying. A Member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveying and a member NIM, He has been involved in several construction projects while working for (Cappa & D’Albato for several years before joining our team.
Olawunmi Olakunle
Olawale Olakunle is a Young, Dynamic, Ad Practical in Outlook, He is a graduate of Rufus Giwa Polytecnic (Formerly Ondo State Polytechnic Owo, Ondo Sate) where he holds a Higher National Diploma in Architectural Technology. He has been with Adramyte Construction since 2012 till date.
